Descripción Del Puesto: Estamos buscando personal de limpieza responsable y profesional para trabajar en un edificio de condominios. La persona seleccionada será responsable de mantener en óptimas condiciones las áreas públicas y comunes del edificio.
Responsabilidades: - Limpiar y desinfectar las áreas comunes del condominio.
- Mantener el edificio limpio y ordenado.
- Realizar tareas como aspirado, pulido, limpieza de ventanas, entre otras.
- Mantener profesionalismo al trabajar con supervisores y residentes.
Requisitos: - Disponibilidad inmediata o casi inmediata.
- Hablar, leer y escribir en español.
- Contar con permisos/documentos de trabajo en regla en EE.UU.
